Our Mission
Upon its founding, IACA set forth a mission and after 13 years it has gradually developed into the mission which is carried out today which is to:
- Bring together all of the Catholics from the countries of the Indian subcontinent – Bangladesh, Pakistan, India, and Sri Lanka – who are settled in the United States Promote South Asian Catholic cultural and spiritual values among the adults of our community and especially among our youth
- Nurture a bond with the local Catholic hierarchy
- Complement the general social ministries provided by the Church
- Foster the special Catholic traditions and values among community members and impart them to the children of the community
